GARS provides elder care, rehabilitation support, home care, hospital discharge coordination, funeral services, and related support services. Our services are coordinated through qualified professionals and trusted partners.

3. Service Agreements

Specific services are governed by individual service agreements that outline scope, pricing, and terms. These agreements supplement these Terms and Conditions.

4. Pricing & Payment

• Service pricing is as published or quoted at the time of engagement
• Pass-through costs (transport, medical supplies, venue rentals) are billed at actual cost
• Payment terms are specified in your service agreement
• Late payments may result in service suspension

5. Cancellation & Refunds

• For ongoing services: Billing is monthly; you may cancel with 7 days' notice
• For event-based services: Cancellation policies vary by service type
• Refunds for unused services are provided on a prorated basis where applicable

6. Limitations of Liability

GARS coordinates and facilitates care services but is not a medical provider. We are not liable for medical outcomes. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service in question.

7. Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of GARS and protected by intellectual property laws.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
